How long will my delivery take?
We list a mixture of items we hold in stock and ones we get to order from our suppliers (we have access to thousands of products so it is not realistic to hold them all in stock).
Items held in stock and ready for immediate dispatch will display "In Stock". Other items show an estimated dispatch time, such as 1-2 weeks. This information is given on each product page as well as in the basket prior to checkout.
We aim to dispatch all in stock items the same/next day where possible. The majority of items are sent via Royal Mail 48 /Airmail unless they are very heavy or oversize, when they will be sent by courier, usually DPD.
You will receive an email informing you when your parcel has been dispatched. Proof of posting is also obtained for all parcels. If your item has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us and we will chase up.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not counted as working days, so if you order something on a Friday for next day delivery, this will be on Monday. If you urgently require it before then, you need to choose the Saturday Premium service (costs £25 via DPD). Our cut-off for same day dispatch of In Stock items is 3pm.
Payment
We accept payment by Paypal, debit/credit card, cheque or bank transfer.
If paying by cheque/postal order, please make payable to Customized Choppers and include your name, address and item number(s).
Alternatively if you live in the Edinburgh/Lothians area you're welcome to collect your goods. Just give us a call first to arrange a convenient time.
